Alberto Bauzá

My professional career started in 2012 in the law firm Ramon y Cajal Abogados. In 2013, I joined Baker & McKenzie, in the Litigation and Arbitration department and, afterwards, in 2015, I joined the litigation and IP department of DWF-RCD. Finally, I have been working in Lexpal Abogados since 2019 so far, in the dispute resolution department. My practice focused on civil and commercial litigation, as well as in the Intellectual Property area, providing legal advice in such fields and representing clients at all stages of the proceeding.

In 2012 I became a member of the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid).

In 2011 I graduated in Law from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. In 2012 I obtained my Master’s Degree in Company Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and, in 2015, my Master’s Degree (LL’M) in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law, from Fordham University School of Law (New York).

I am a Spanish native speaker and fluent in English.
